Your body is 86% water, yet you may not realize how important it is to properly hydrate.  The chemical reactions that support life in all plants and animals take place in water.  Your energy level is heavily dependent on your pH level.  Levels of pH measures how acid (negative) or alkaline (positive) a medium is.   The higher the pH the more oxygen in your blood.

Seven Levels of Kangen Water
The Kangen Water machine at Art and Soul produces seven levels of pH water:
For drinking water, start with 8.5 pH for 2 weeks, then 9.0 pH for 2 weeks, then stay at 9.5 pH.

Ideally drink
1/2 oz. per lb.
of body weight daily.

Do not take any prescribed medications with pH 8.5-9.5
(use pH 7).

"Strong Acidic Water"
Strong acidic water has excellent disinfecting power and kills all known germs and bacteria on contact.  Strong acidic water was approved for disinfecting food products in June 2002.

"Beauty Water" (or weak acidic water)
The astringent properties of beauty water are effective in toning and firming your skin (just spray or pat your skin, leave to dry), and is excellent as a toner after shaving. Use beauty water instead of a rinse after shampooing to reduce tangles and bring out a radiant shine (even when grooming your pet)!

Food Uses.  Since weak acidic water will speed up cooking time, use to cook various types of beans.  Vibrant colors of vegetables and fruit will not change when washed with weak acidic water.  Fried food comes out nice and crispy with batter made with weak acidic water while frozen food (including fish and shrimp) do not lose their flavor when thawed out.

Cleaning.  To remove stains, grime and grease, leave to soak in water for 24 hours. Dishes and glasses washed in weak acidic water will come out sparkling clean.  Polish mirrors, eyeglasses, glass objects and windows to a high sheen, and remove dirt from hard wood floors, ceramic tiles, etc.  (without a sticky residue) with weak acidic water.

"Clean Water" (same as distilled water)
This clean Kangen water removes chlorine, rust and cloudiness to create delicious drinking water.  The three-layered, high-powered Kangen Water cleaning filter also removes rust, impurities and lead (while leaving helpful minerals).  Kangen clean water is ideal for preparing baby formula and for taking medication, as it is quickly absorbed by the body.

"Innovative" (or Kangen Water)
Innovative Kangen water makes your drinking water and food dishes more flavorful.

Drinking.  Drink 2-3 cups of water first thing in the morning.  Compared to tap water, innovative water has no unpleasant odor, tastes lighter, and has a pleasant sweet flavor.  It is important to include vegetables in your diet when eating substantial amounts of acidic foods such as egg yolk, white rice, chicken, pork and beef.  Drinking alkaline innovative water is also important because it balances the acidic and alkaline effects of these foods.

Food Preparation.  Use innovative water to remove the harsh taste of onions, bamboo shoots, or the like.  Leave liver and other meats which have a bad odor to soak in innovative water for 20-30 minutes to reduce strong smells.  For delicious and fluffy results, use for washing and cooking rice.      Use Kangen innovative water for making coffee and tea for improved color, taste and aroma.  Draw out the flavor of soup and stew ingredients for extra tenderness (with less seasoning such as salt and soy sauce).

Plants.  Use innovative water for plants and flowers to extend the freshness and life of plants (pH 9.0 can also restore sick plants).  Innovative water also stimulates germination and improves seeding development.

Animals.  Your animals' health can improve dramatically.  Unpleasant  body odor will decrease, as well of the odor of feces and urine.

pH 11
"Cleansing" (or Strong Kangen Water)
Enhance the flavor of broccoli, onions, bamboo shoots, etc. by pre-boiling them in strong Kangen water.

Cleaning.  Use for general kitchen cleaning (including cutting boards and dishcloths), as well as for cleaning oil and tough grime from vents.  The extra strength absorption power of strong Kangen water will remove coffee, soy sauce and oil stains with ease (and get out stubborn toilet bowl stains).       Use less dishwasher detergent, while saving on your water bills (since only one-third to one-fourth of the usual water amount is needed for rinsing of detergent).

How to Buy Kangen Water
The shelf life for any pH water above 2.5 is one week (pH 2.5 is three days).  The price per quart or gallon is as follows (assuming the customer brings their own container, prices include sales tax):
